Today it's something new from Flat Rock, this one celebrates the awesome 2007 vintage.

The Tasting Notes: Right now you’ll get delicate floral and buttery notes on the nose, with hints of melon, baked apple, cinnamon and vanilla on the palate – all balanced with good acidity and a long finish.  Price: $35.00 – Rating: ****

Hernder Estates 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon - $14.95

The time is right for something easy drinking ... and what could be more easy drinking than this Cab from Hernder.

The Tasting Notes: This one’s easy drinking, with light fruit flavours; mainly raspberry and strawberry notes.  There’s some wood tannins and nic espice that also follows through on the palate.  This one is for drink now enjoyment.  Price: $14.95 – Rating: ***½
